Within 20 years he grew it from a start-up operation to a successful group with 1bn of turnover employing over 24,000 staff. A disruptor of markets, Alastair’s experience has seen him lead high-performing teams, consistently delivering market beating organic and inorganic growth and ultimately achieving numerous ‘exits’ for investors and management.
Marc has been a CFO for 15 years, working in financial restructuring prior to this. He has led many M&A transactions, arranging external financing from banks and private equity providers over multiple investment cycles. He is very familiar with the capital structures that enable businesses to achieve their maximum potential and allow for the management to share in the deserved rewards.
For 25 years Philip was a tax partner and Vice Chairman at Deloitte and has been involved in many M&A transactions. His experience is based on developing and implementing capital structures which meet the objectives of all parties for a transaction In recent years, Philip has led teams looking at all aspects of post-acquisition integration.
Sean has over 25 years corporate finance experience and was previously Partner and Head of M&A at PwC. He chairs a portfolio of private equity backed businesses. Sean’s expertise is working alongside management teams to build and realise material equity value within private capital structures.
